Terms and conditions for using our training platform and services

By accessing or using Tealbridge Risk Institute's training platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Tealbridge Risk Institute provides certified risk management training programs, including modular lessons, scenario simulations, assessment-based certification, compliance toolkits, and peer coaching services designed for midlevel managers and corporate teams.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payment is due upon enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Tealbridge Risk Institute or our licensors. You may access and use materials solely for your training purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include sharing account credentials, attempting to circumvent security measures, uploading malicious content, or interfering with other users' experience.
Certification requires completion of all required modules, assessments, and participation requirements as specified in your program. Certificates are issued upon successful completion and payment of all fees. Certification standards may be updated periodically.
Individual certifications may be cancelled within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund if no content has been accessed. Team licenses and corporate programs have specific cancellation terms outlined in separate agreements.
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to technical issues or maintenance.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tealbridge Risk Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tealbridge Risk Institute from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, but these terms shall survive termination as applicable.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Antwerpen, Belgium, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
